A 300,000 sqm distribution center — Nike China Logistics Center (CLC) in Taicang — was designed & built to be environmentally sustainable. Super Nature Design was commissioned to design and create a series of low-energy digital sculptures and light installations showcasing its operational efficiency, infrastructure system, and live-feed data of the green-energy consumption. The concept and design were inspired by the CLC’s conveyor system, infrastructure, and the cubical cartons. The design reflects the dynamic of the system and depicts the notion of energy and the new identity of the center.
