A grand-scale, multi-phase national campaign bespoke and strategically planned to reach every Canadian household with hyper-localized, multilingual creative. We redefined dry government messaging with emotionally resonant, culturally relevant storytelling.
The Challenge
Public disinterest and language barriers threatened national participation with adequate completion rate and census data quality.
The Solution
Deliver over 1,300 assets across 9 languages and 4 campaign phases, each tailored by region and community, while maintaining cohesive visual and narrative identity.
The Result
We built a scalable visual system powered by segmentation insights and localized content strategy. The campaign achieved a 98% response rate, 84% digital completion, and outperformed federal conversion benchmarks by 360%.
